Standard operating procedures
Please be advised that prior to showing an applicant a property:
We do not require identification from a prospective applicant;
We do not require an applicant to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement; and
We do not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show an applicant properties.
Please note that although we may not require such information, a landlord of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of the application process.
